Willing Demons

What is the United States? It is not a republic as it follows no semblence of its Constitution, the very foundation of its power, of its authority. It is a system of terror, with the power to destroy lives with contrived charges; offhandedly encumbering citizens with debt and criminal charges on a whim. This is the very system our forefather's fled and risked everything to resist. In effect, they have taken our citizenship, robbed us of our birthright.

Yet, we do not fight.

Freedom? They watch us as if we are all suspects. Cameras are everywhere; software tracks us; our new vehicles and cell phones will tell them where we are at any given moment. Our writings are recorded and available as evidence against us though no charges have been filed. The result of these intrusions into our lives will become the evidence upon which they will seek a warrant. That cannot be more backward from the intent of the Constitution.

Yet, we do not fight.

Enemies of the people are encouraged to roam free among us, often at the informal invitation of the government. Our borders are not secure, there is no will to discriminate between honest immigrants seeking a better life and those intent on victimizing legal and legitimate citizens of the United States.

Yet, we do not fight.

Our economy, the very power that denies enemies to risk war on these shores, is no better than it was in 2009. Every figure compiled by the government is a ruse, it is fraud to mollify the people. Politicians lie and contrive to further the fraud to secure their own power with no regard for the dangerous waters they have navigated at our expense.

Yet, we do not fight.

The tax-paying citizens of this nation intent on doing right and living within the laws have been targeted by the very government they support. They have become the villains while true enemies have been coddled and encouraged. Every aspect of their lives have come under attack; their budgets, their religions, their privacy, their pastimes and their associations. Anything that will undermine the society of the typical American has become taboo, while all manner of deviance and decadence has been promoted; cheered on to success.

Yet, we do not fight.

If the ideals of life, liberty and property are not worth defending with our lives, we deserve none of them and have proved it with our inaction over the past ten years. There is not a single representative, senator, president or supreme court justice in office today who has not committed treason. Not one.

Vote? Are you kidding me? There is no reason, beyond societal suicide, to vote for anyone willing to seek the office. It is a vote to destroy yourself; to forfeit your wealth; to eliminate your job; to incur the wrath of a jealous and vengeful government, because a government unloosed from those noble principles upon which this nation was founded can become nothing more than an evil among us and those seeking office its willing demons.

The only thing left to do is fight. Though it is much easier to believe in unicorns and watch TV.

  1. Liberty or Laws? -- ... and jealously guard our Liberties

    1. Who will fire the first shot?

    2. Sammy Weaver, the Branch Davidians, George Sibley and Lynda Lyon.
Oh, you mean the government side. BATF, US Marshall Service, FBI, numerous police and Sheriff's deputies, all going back to 1992.
Here is the first of a long line:

  2. One of the most cogent and inspired summations of our nations prediciment I have seen. Yet, we don't fight! Thank you sir. I suggest all print and leave at the water cooler, diner table, by the empty glass on the bar, where ever and whenever possible. from a III

  3. such impatience. Those who strike before the iron is hot lose their lives for nothing. The next time I vote, it will be with a lead ballot...but that time will only be when the Universal Ponzi collapses. I can wait

    1. Yet, those who wait too long will find themselves unable to affect the desired outcome, whether by age's ever degrading progression, or by a declining society's grinding degradation of the means necessary to fight. I'm not saying you're wrong, or even that one of us is right. I'm not sure there is a wrong or right. A year ago, it was plain to me that the time was coming, but not yet arrived. Now I feel the press, the weight before the uncorking of the bottle that contains whatever this is. My question is, when the cork pops will it be time, or will it signal that the time has passed?

History says not yet, but each time this very thing has happened elsewhere it has been a little different, so too with us I think. I begin to wonder if the right time to fight isn't just whenever the fight finds the willing. In that case... any day.

  4. Welcome back TL. You have been missed.

Why do we not fight? We are too comfortable and want someone else to fight for us!! Sad but I feel true.

  5. Excellent article!!! You have published my feelings (and others) into words. Thank you!

  6. Yes, welcome back. I find your thought provoking postings almost a necessity.

  7. The ancient Hebrews fought only when God gave them a leader, a "judge," a king, a prophet or profetess to assure them it was God's own time to fight.

Meanwhile, let us study, amass weapons and ammunition, grow groceries, store food, repent of our sins and cleanse our souls so that when God says to fight, we can fight His war, His way.

  8. So, who do we fight and how?

    1. Have you been to a mosque? Have you heard what they preach? Have you IDed those who went to those preachings? Have you watched any interviews with "peaceful" Muslims who applaud actions against Christians? I have seen enough to feel very uncomfortable with those Muslims that think that they can block streets to pray; force their diet on out institutions; object to our flag; wave black (ISIS) flags; denigrate our women for showing their faces; demand their (Sharia) laws instead of those of this country; try to close down pig farmers, when they decide to build a mosque near an established business; and etc.
There are also those who have entered this country illegally. Those who enter with weapons, or prayer rugs, or are from Asian countries, as well as those with more tattoos than clothes.
Unfortunately, it is easier for many of these to buy guns than for some Americans who have committed crimes, or had military service and might have emotional problems.
Should people be expunged before they can arm themselves -- inside of our own country? Should people be expunged who come here to undermine our institutions and destroy or way of life? Should we protect our country, absent the government doing so, or should we wait until all is lost?

    2. When Liberty is lost strike the root, not the leaves.

    3. Have you considered that striking the leaves might cause the roots to expose them, selves?
In war, it is leaves against leaves, often, ultimately, exposing the roots.

    4. Some people haven't figured out who the enemy is yet. Oh, and a scapegoat is always handy.

    5. Something worth considering -- as far as the guilty party, not the scapegoat.
      Popping Cops

    6. With more recent revelations, i.e., the UN speech, it is obviously apparent, so much so that even Stevie Wonder could see it, that the usurper in the West Wing is Muslim.

  9. It's a very similar situation to the High School Bullies we find ourselves in as Patriots. We are being enslaved by immoral men with power who are working to enslave our progeny for all time. I wish, as we all do, that we could have fought this fight earlier when it could have been won at the ballet box, but we have been reasonable for so long that now we have lost an easy victor and must own up to paying for our liberty in blood as our Founding Fathers did.
You know the Serenity Prayer? I used to pray that one A LOT! :) An older gentleman warned me many times to be careful what I prayed for and he was right. At work, and in politics now I am very calm, and accepting of the things I cannot change. I continue to pray for guidance & love and work very hard to do what I think Christ would have me do out of love for my brother. However I often feel a hand on my shoulder, telling me to hold the line. To stand firm, and be patient.

Like I told my son, start everyday on your knees before God. We cannot know His plans, but must work quietly, everyday on all the small things He calls each of us to do in readiness of His Will. We must not fall into hate, but act from Love. I have no doubts that when the day comes, it will be made clear to all who listen to our Heavenly Father what to do.
So smile my friends, as we are well loved, and go forth to your preps with a light heart.
(And network amongst your brothers and stockpile lots of ammo)

  10. We once did fight.......and we fought who our government told us were our enemies.
We did not know our government began practicing the same kind of eugenics program of Adolph Hitler, except in the opposite direction and with the benign face of helping the disadvantaged. Hitler tried to produce what he thought was a super race. We have deliberately produced a nation of Bovines and Ovines. We made it difficult for the workers and producers of our society to have offspring and raise them, while encouraging the non-producers to have as many as they wanted. Martin Luther King believed "his" people should have as many children as possible until "we have the masses and they cannot ignore us."
Now we are exponentially expanding this by opening the borders and paying for illegals to come here. Working American taxpayers have no resemblance to their ancestors more's or principles. As a people we have moved so far from the founder's mindset, I doubt we can ever restore the great country we were. Maybe it needs to split up into smaller tribes.

  11. I came here from
The terrible truths of our age are laid bare in this article
The "tribes" phenomenon is explored, in considerable detail, elsewhere--it in in sight, for as the nation falls, ones trusted friends/family/neighbors/like minded allies will band together. Anarchy approaches--not if, but when.

I do, however, believe that the God of our Fathers, is preparing His interventions (on a global scale) when He perceives the time is right. Get right with the Almighty--no mortal "leaders" who are not men of God cannot save us.

  12. Yet, no one fires the first shot.

They only pontificate on the internet, which accomplishes NOTHING.

So come on hero TLDavis, either lead on or shut up.

    1. Neat, a provocateur.

    2. Anony@0923....I've met the man. He has more conviction in his heart than 10 men together. He has made extensive, personal efforts at his expense to bring Patriots together. He has exhibited leadership in numerous venues, both electronic and physical. He is a man trying to do what few of us will do.

Nothing aggravates me more than 21st century cowards who "talk" the trash of a keyboard kommando. Why do you challenge TL to do what you yourself have not done nor will ever do ?

The Internet has fostered many good things. But it has it's downside. That downside being the cloak of anonymity that allows cowards to name-call and insult others without fear of physical repercussions, by those they've attacked.

  13. All politicians are merely sociopaths who have discovered a way to get paid for their mental deficiencies.

  14. A terrific article on the state of our condition. Brilliant writing.

  15. Comfortable people don't fight. That's just the way it is. Collectively, we just have to wait for the economic crash to happen (and no worries, it WILL happen). Then the Revolution will be on.

Individually, we can act right now. When attacked (arrest attempted, for example), counterattack. Take as many bastards with you as you can. No need to wait for somebody else to say the war is finally on. Fight or submit, those are your choices, and only you can choose.

  16. America IS "We the people". The Preamble to the US Constitution; starts with: “We the People of the United States do ordain and establish this Constitution”.

By those words it is saying that “We the People” are the source of any and all legal status of those who serve within the state and federal governments.

“We” created them for specific purposes, and it was NOT to destroy our lives, control us, spy on us, track us, or murder us. Basically all public officials – state and federal representatives, state and federal law enforcement, state and federal judges, the multitude of state and federal bureaucracies – are called “public servants” for a reason – they are literally our hirelings.

It is not those who are serving within our governments, who have been working to destroy our nation from within. They work for us and we ignore their treasonous actions.

It is NOT those who have been using our sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, to attack other lands and people.

Daniel Webster: “Where is it written in the Constitution, in what article or section is it contained, that you may take children from their parents and parents from their children, and compel them to fight the battles of any war in which the folly and wickedness of the government may engage itself? Under what concealment has this power lain hidden, which now for the first time comes forth, with a tremendous and baleful aspect, to trample down and destroy the dearest right of personal liberty? Who will show me any Constitutional injunction which makes it the duty of the American people to surrender everything valuable in life, and even life, itself, whenever the purposes of an ambitious and mischievous government may require it? ... A free government with an uncontrolled power of military conscription is the most ridiculous and abominable contradiction and nonsense that ever entered into the heads of men”.

We have allowed it to happen, even followed their treasonous orders.

It is NOT those who use our elections to put people into place within our governments. We have allowed it to happen.

It is not those who serve within our governments and act as if they are "in charge", instead of following the contract they agreed to and are under. We have allowed this to happen also.

  17. It is NOT those who enforce unlawful (illegal) laws, bills etc on the people. Much like those of Germany that tried to use the excuse that they were "just doing their jobs" or "just following orders" they too will pay, some with their lives when they get the death penalty while WE the PEOPLE enforce our US Constitution.

Because the duty of enforcing our US Constitution and each state's Constitution is ours. It was assigned to us, while those who serve within our governments were forbidden to create governmental professional law enforcement agencies BECAUSE of the very things happening today - they could and would be used against us.

Election fraud is OUR fault, we tolerate it. Out of control governmental servants is also our fault, we do not remove or prosecute them, and NEVER think that we were not given those duties and powers. We have always had them since the conditions under which we granted those who serve within our governments authority over us has been broken they no longer meet the contract they agreed to.

Dr. Edwin Vieira: “This has nothing to do with personalities or subjective ideas. It’s a matter of what the Constitution provides...

The government of the United States has never violated anyone’s constitutional rights... The government of the United States will never violate anyone constitutional rights, because it cannot violate anyone’s constitutional rights.

The reason for that is: The government of the United States is that set of actions by public officials that are consistent with the Constitution. Outside of its constitutional powers, the government of the United States has no legitimacy. It has no authority; and, it really even has no existence. It is what lawyers call a legal fiction.

... the famous case Norton v. Shelby County... The Court said: “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” And that applies to any (and all) governmental action outside of the Constitution...”

What are the defining characteristics of a limited government? They are its disabilities; what it does not have legal authority to do. Look at the First Amendment... What does it do? It guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion.

But how does it do that? I quote: “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press” etcetera. “Congress shall make no law;” that’s a statement of an absence of power. That’s a statement of a disability. " (end quote by Dr. Vieira)

  18. The US Constitution requires that ALL Americans train within their states as the Militia.

Joel Barlow said of the US Constitution: "… not only permitting every man to arm, but obliging him to arm.”

Nunn vs. State:'The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.' The right of the whole people, old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every description, and not such merely as are used by the milita, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or broken in upon, in the smallest degree; and all this for the important end to be attained: the rearing up and qualifying a well-regulated militia, so vitally necessary to the security of a free State. Our opinion is that any law, State or Federal, is repugnant to the Constitution, and void, which contravenes this right”.

Richard Henry Lee: "A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves …"

George Mason, Co-author of the Second Amendment: "I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people except for a few public officials. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them."

Samuel Adams: “It is always dangerous to the liberties of the people to have an army stationed among them, over which they have no control ... The Militia is composed of free Citizens. There is therefore no danger of their making use of their Power to the destruction of their own Rights, or suffering others to invade them..”

Patrick Henry: "If you have given up your militia, and Congress shall refuse to arm them, you have lost every thing. Your existence will be precarious, because you depend on others, whose interests are not affected by your infelicity."

Tench Coxe: “Who are the militia? are they not ourselves. Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American...The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.”

It is important to know this law: 28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

George Washington: "A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined; to which end a uniform and well-digested plan is requisite; and their safety and interest require that they should promote such manufactories as tend to render them independent of others for essential, particularly military, supplies."

  19. he US Constitution and all that is “in Pursuance thereof” it, as the supreme (highest) law of this land in the areas where it was given jurisdiction says that “We” (as the Militia of the several states) are personally responsible for maintaining and protecting the US Constitution, each state's Constitution, and seeing to their enforcement against ALL foes - domestic and foreign. “We” are the ones responsible for enforcing the laws of this land, and are charged with it's defense plus the defense of our homes, neighborhoods, cities, counties, states, and country.

It says it here within the Constitution of the United States of America:

US Constitution, Article I, Section. 8, Clause 11: “To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water”.

The congress has the duty to grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal when they are needed to enforce the US Constitution, the laws, or defend the people and the nation. This is using private citizens in their own privately owned crafts to defend the USA and her people, this is using the Militia.

Clause 15: “To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel invasions.

This clause is very straightforward. The militia of each state is taxed with the defense of the USA and her people, not just with the defense of their state; and they are to be armed with weapons that can repel any invasions bearing modern weapons of war. Congress is required to provide those military grade weapons for the militias in Clause 16.

Clause 16: “To provide for organizing, ARMING, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress”.

  20. Thank You, again, TL . . . You've said what many of us think, but we few are vigilant, watching and personally, when people wonder why I'm pissed off, I am wondering why they AREN'T!

    SALUTE, and thanks again!
